- CIGA registration for cavity wall work: CIGA issues the independent 25-year guarantee for work by its registered installers
- TrustMark registration and the PAS 2035 retrofit process, where a grant scheme needs them (for example ECO4)
- Consumer code membership, where they hold one (for example HIES)
- Public liability insurance: the amount and the expiry date
- Thermal imaging inspection: whether they check the finished work
Every listing shows each check with the date we made it, and the firm's quote-check record: quotes checked, passed and red flags raised.
Never more than three
If three firms already cover a district, the next firm waits for a place. There's no auction and no paying to jump the queue.
Listings carry no adverts and no badges, and nobody can pay to move up the list.
