3. For Homeowners

Using Our Service

• Access to our advice, tools, and Sparky is free
• We route enquiries to verified local installers where available
• If no local installer exists, we may show partner offers
• You are responsible for independently verifying any installer's credentials before proceeding

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when using our forms
• Conduct your own due diligence before hiring any installer
• Read and understand any contracts you sign with third parties
• Check grant eligibility requirements directly with relevant schemes

4. For Installers

County Sponsorship

• Sponsorship is offered on an exclusive, one-per-county basis while active
• Sponsorship requires valid MCS certification (where applicable to your services)
• We reserve the right to verify credentials and remove listings that fail verification
• Monthly payments are processed via Stripe; you may cancel anytime
• Upon cancellation, your county becomes available to other installers

Installer Responsibilities

• Maintain valid certifications and insurance throughout your sponsorship
• Respond promptly and professionally to routed enquiries
• Provide accurate quotes and honest assessments
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Not misrepresent your relationship with SavingEnergy.com

Termination

We may terminate installer sponsorship if you:

• Fail MCS verification or let certification lapse
• Receive substantiated complaints about work quality or conduct
• Misrepresent services or qualifications
• Violate these terms

5. Intellectual Property

All content on SavingEnergy.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not:
